Moto E6s Review : Lenovo-owned company Motorola has launched its new Moto E6s Smartphone in the budget segment. This is the same phone as the Moto E6 Plus that we recently saw at the IFA trade show held in Berlin. Motorola has launched this handset with a slightly different name in India and its price is also very attractive. Talking about Moto E6s Price in India, its price has been fixed at Rs 7,999 and at this price 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variants will be sold.

Apart from this, you will also get a fingerprint sensor in the back of the Moto E6s phone.  Apart from this, you will get a removable battery in the Moto E6s phone, which is not usually seen in any handset launched these days. Is the Moto E6s the best budget smartphone?  Let's know ...

Moto E6s : Design

The Design of the Moto E6s is quite simple and basic. The border around the Moto E6s display is a bit thick and the top panel has a notch on the front. The Moto E6s has volume and power buttons are on the right side of the phone. We liked the contrasting texture of the Moto E6s's power button, a 3.5mm headphone jack will be found on the upper part of the Moto E6s phone. The Moto E6s's laminated back and sides look like two separate layers but are part of the same shell.

There will be two color variants of Moto E6s in India, Rich Cornberry and Polished Graphite. Fingerprints fall easily on both color variants. The red version of the Moto E6s comes with a dual-tone finish, due to which the fingerprints on this Moto E6s device are hidden but the spots are not cleaned easily. The Moto E6s has two SIM-slots and a separate microSD card slot.

With the help of MicroSD card it is possible to increase the storage up to 512 GB in Moto E6s. For the information of you people, let us know that a SIM-slot of Moto E6s only takes a micro-SIM. There is a fingerprint sensor for security in the back of the Moto E6s phone, which works correctly. Moto logo will be found on the fingerprint sensor. The Moto E6s phone does not unlock fast with the help of fingerprint sensor but its success rate is good.

Face recognition from this Moto E6s works well in sufficient light but in low light it does not work correctly. The thing to note is that it is not much faster than the Face Unlock feature found in other budget smartphones but it works. The bottom of the Moto E6s phone has a micro-USB port and a single loudspeaker. The Moto E6s phone has a 6.1-inch full-HD + (720x1560 pixels) OLED MAX Vision display.

The Moto E6s's display was quite bright in the outdoor and the colors were also correct.  The viewing angles of the Moto E6s phone are also good. Aspect ratio is 19.5: 9 due to which the Moto E6s phone is big but it is not very wide, so the Moto E6s phone had good grip. The Moto E6 is not very heavy as it weighs 150 grams and is 8.6 millimeters thick. In the Moto E6s's retail box you will find USB cable, 10 W charger, some manuals, case and nano-to-micro SIM adapter.

The Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor has been used in the Moto E6s. Remember that this processor has also been used in Realme C2 and LG W30. Only one variant of Moto E6s has been launched in the Indian market, which is equipped with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage.

Talking about other Specifications of the Moto E6s, the Moto E6s phone has Bluetooth version 4.2, single-band Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, USB-OTG, FM radio, support for three satellite navigation systems, accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity. Sensors are part of this Moto E6s phone. It is worth noting that the gyroscope or compass sensor has not found a place in the Moto E6s phone.

The Moto E6s runs on Android Pie and comes with a stock interface. The Moto E6s are not part of Google's Android One program. The Moto E6s phone will get FM radio app, moto help and motorola notifications, with the help of these you can find the nearest moto hub store or service center in Moto E6s. Apart from the digital wellbeing feature in the Moto E6s phone, there are also Moto E6s has some gestures such as double-tapping on the power button, the camera turns on.

Moto E6s : Performance and Battery Life

Talking about performance, the Moto E6s is perfect for running apps and doing a little bit of multitasking. Navigating Android menu is fast but it is not fluid. Sometimes the UI animation slows down a bit in this Moto E6s. Due to the 4 GB RAM in the Moto E6s phone, many apps in memory keep running smoothly and the app load time was not bad either. Games also went well in the Moto E6s.

You will not get the best experience in Moto E6 the full version of PUBG Mobile. PUBG Mobile Lite still did better. After 30 minutes of gameplay, the Moto E6s phone did get slightly warmer, with 11 percent battery consumption. Even after turning on the 'BesLoudness' sound enhancement option, the sound from the Moto E6s's speaker is not very loud.  The viewing angles of the Moto E6s's display are good.

The 3,000 mAh battery serves as a booster in the Moto E6s phone, which lasts for almost a full day. In our HD video battery loop test, the Moto E6s phone ran for 12 hours and 22 minutes. If you do not use the Moto E6s phone continuously, then the battery of the Moto E6s phone can last more than a day. Rapid charger available with the Moto E6s it can charge the phone only 15 percent in half an hour and about 30 percent in an hour. It takes about 3 hours and 45 minutes for the Moto E6s phone to be fully charged.

 Moto E6s : Cameras

The Moto E6s has two rear cameras, a 13-megapixel primary sensor, its aperture F / 2.0 and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There will be an 8 megapixel front camera in Moto E6s for selfie and video calling. Shooting mode and shutter button are given in the camera app at the bottom and different mode buttons at the top of the viewfinder. The Moto E6s also has Artificial Inteligence (AI) scene detection that can be turned on or off.

In this Moto E6s Google lens can also be used from the camera app. If autofocus is not too fast, then the challenge is to capture fast-moving objects even when there is enough light.  HDR works well when shooting in contrast to light but the dynamic range is a bit limited.  The details were captured well in close-up shots. Shots taken in the light of day seem overexposed.

In Moto E6s's bokeh mode you will get a slider to adjust the level of background blur. A separate beauty shooting mode is provided for smoothing the subject face, other shooting modes include video and paneroma. In low light, the camera is a bit difficult to lock focus.

At night, the shot from the Moto E6s does not capture the details well and the landscape shots look a bit grainy.  In the light of day, selfies taken from the Moto E6s's front camera were average. The Moto E6s phone has HDR but it is not very useful. The selfie taken at night shows a grain and there is a lack of detail. Screen flash is also not very useful.

Video quality of Moto E6s is also average in daylight and there is no electronic stabilization at 1080 resolution. In low light, image quality lacked sharpness and the detail was not captured well.

Moto E6s : Opinion

Presumably, Moto E6s will be the only phone in this price that is equipped with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage which is quite good. Recently we have seen many such phones in the same price segment that come with large batteries.  Xiaomi's Redmi 8A comes with Type-C port and fast charging support, as well as a large battery.

The Moto E6s has a good display and at this price, the Moto E6s device has plenty of RAM and storage. If you do not have trouble with less RAM and storage, then other better options like Realme 3i and Redmi 7 are also available in the market.
